Critical Incident Stress Debriefing


 

Audience:

All staff and volunteers affected by a critical incident.

DESCRIPTION:

This workshop is designed to create open dialogue for staff in order to process and debrief following critical incidents. The purpose of this service is to provide a safe and judgement free environment where staff affected by critical incidents (for example: workplace deaths or suicide) can speak, be heard, and debrief with a seasoned frontline mental health professional.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Timely on-site therapeutic support for staff

  • Facilitate group and/ or individual staff debriefings

  • Provide care that is compassionate, informed, and person centered

DURATION:

We offer 2 hour, half day, and full day sessions.
