Isabelle Bourque is an independent therapist working alongside PCCS. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree with an Honours in Psychology and a Masters of Education degree in counselling. She's had the privilege of working in a variety of clinical settings over the years with groups and individuals across all age groups.

Isabelle is a strong believer in the relationship between mind, body, and spirit, and how this balance supports growth and healing. Her approach is grounded in collaboration and meeting you where you are to discover what next steps are best for you.
