Nigel is a full-time psychotherapist for PCCS and a billing and access committee member for the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick (CCTNB). He has over a decade of experience working in the private, community, and medical models of care.
While at St. Thomas University, Nigel completed a B.A. with honours and distinction in English Language and Literature with a Minor in Psychology. He then graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Divinity. Nigel completed a residency in spiritual care at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton (SJHH)/McMaster and was awarded the Angel Marie O’Conner award for the resident who best integrates clinical work, academics, and research. Nigel also completed a a two year clinical fellowship in spiritual care at SJHH/McMaster.
Nigel is a Licensed Counseling Therapist with the CCTNB, a former board director for the CCTNB, a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO, an associate member with CASC, a trained qualitative researcher, and a St. Joseph’s Health Care Hamilton 3 Wishes Project Alumni.
