Stefanie offers Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

ART is a form of psychotherapy with roots in existing based therapies but shown to achieve benefits far more rapidly (generally within 1-5 sessions). ART allows a client to erase old images and rewrite their story through reconsolidation, changing the physiological response to the memory.

    • No need to share details or retell your whole story

    • No homework

    • Client centered (client is in control of session)

    • No ongoing or long term therapy

    • Trauma/ PTSD

    • Depression

    • Anxiety & Phobias

    • OCD

    • Grief

    • Job stress

    • Sleep
      ... and more!

  • ART focuses on rapidly changing upsetting mental images into more positive or adaptive ones, while EMDR helps people desensitize distressing memories and restructure related thoughts and beliefs.
