Module 1: Identifying stress

This module will cover four categories of stress, the three stages of stress, and how to identify stress caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Module 2: Reducing stress during covid-19

This module with cover identifying stress from COVID-19, reducing stress from COVID-19, staying on top of your stress, and coping with COVID-19 and isolation with others.

 

module 3: So you’re an essential worker

This module will cover being an essential worker through the COVID-19 pandemic. We will discuss the new stress in the work environment, dissatisfied customers/patients/clients, physical & mental health and safety, long hours/shortage of staff, burn out/compassion fatigue, and mental health and wellness.

Module 4: Seniors’ wellness

This module will focus on seniors' well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will discuss quality of life and change, address new feelings of fear, managing stress with chronic, degenerative, or terminal illnesses during COVID-19, and explore ways to cope with feelings of isolation, grief and/or loss brought on by this pandemic.

 

module 5: So you’re working from
home

This module will cover working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will discuss the sudden change in work environment, the importance of work-life balance, feelings of isolation and/or role confusion, the importance of structure/routine when settling into a “new” normal, and tips for mental health and wellness.
